Masterplan
PD Waterfront is an ongoing mixed-use development covering over 63 acres. While the overall completion is scheduled for 2020, the first phase has been completed and the second phase is well underway.
Currently, the completed construction is the D’Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence.
Upon completion of the D’Wharf residence, work will commence on the Richmond Condotel—a unique design where all units will offer stunning ocean views.
Following the Richmond Condotel, we will construct luxurious water chalets that span out over the sea in a distinctive shell formation. Plans are currently being finalized, and more information will be available soon.
In addition to the residential developments scheduled over the next five years, there are plans to develop colleges, libraries, and convention centers. These additions will enhance the functionality of the area, making PD Waterfront a premier destination for both tourism and industry.
